These terms govern use of the hedy.one website. Use of the Hedy product is governed by a separate licence agreement provided at deployment.

The website

Content on hedy.one is provided for information about the Hedy product. Comparison pages are based on public information at the date shown and are offered in good faith; corrections are welcome at hello@hedy.one.
Trademarks and product names referenced in comparisons belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Hedy is licensed on a per-seat annual basis. The software is deployed and operated by you on your own infrastructure.
On Self-hosted / BYO plans you bring your own model provider keys; token costs are billed to you by your providers directly, or incurred locally with no external calls in air-gapped mode. On Managed plans, model calls are routed through a Hedy-operated gateway and model usage is billed as prepaid credits; the gateway stores metering metadata, never prompt or response content.
Full licence terms, support scope, SLA and any Data Processing Agreement are set out in the agreement provided before deployment.
