These terms govern use of the hedy.one website. Use of the Hedy product is governed by a separate licence agreement provided at deployment.
The website
- Content on hedy.one is provided for information about the Hedy product. Comparison pages are based on public information at the date shown and are offered in good faith; corrections are welcome at hello@hedy.one.
- Trademarks and product names referenced in comparisons belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The product licence
- Hedy is licensed on a per-seat annual basis. The software is deployed and operated by you on your own infrastructure.
- You bring your own model provider keys; token costs are billed to you by your providers directly, or incurred locally with no external calls in air-gapped mode.
- Full licence terms, support scope, SLA and any Data Processing Agreement are set out in the agreement provided before deployment.
